Chef Jasmine has been cooking for as long as she can remember. This passion of has truly been a gift from God and Chef loves sharing it. Thanks to Chef's passion and will to want to share knowledge, offer a variety of services such as Private Chef, Custom Catering, Meal Prep, Cooking Classes (Group, Private, or Virtual).
1101 Southern Kitchen caters to fit the theme of your event. Baby showers, weddings, corporate events, birthday parties....you name it, we got you covered. Catering can be set up as a self served buffet, served buffet, or plated meal. Chef Jasmine can also provide in-home private chef services for your next special event, anniversary, girls night in, date in or dinner party. Lastly, we offer hands on cooking classes. Whether you would like to learn a certain meal/ cuisine, a cooking class party, or if you want to learn a more in-depth culinary skill we have the class for you.
