Walter Breaux and his wife launched Sweet Beez in 2015 due to a lack of cold summer treats in the Spring/Houston area. Originally from Louisiana the "Snowballs" were a huge part of the culture, you could find a shop usually in every parish. Wanting to bring that down home custom to his new home in Houston he began Sweet Beez.

Sweet Beez is a shaved ice company, some may call it snowballs depending on where you are from. They also serve Blue Bell Ice cream, Banana Splits, Cookies, And they are also a vendor for Mr.Fricklez Pickles (they can be added to your snowball also). They are open all year long, 7 days a week and are closed on major natunal holidays only. Hope to see y'all soon!
