Kingdom Rise Mentoring (KRM) is a youth leadership and mentorship organization dedicated to empowering boys and girls ages 8–17 to rise in identity, purpose, and confidence. Founded by Gladys Riley, KRM was created to address the growing need for structured guidance, positive role models, and life-skill development among today’s youth.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: Raising Leaders. Restoring Identity. Building Legacy. We provide a safe, structured environment where students are equipped with the tools they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

KRM offers comprehensive mentoring programs through four core divisions: Daughters Rising Into Purpose (D.R.I.P), DRIP Big Sister Circle, Sons Crowned 2 Rise, and Big Brothers Crowned (The Crowned Circle). Each program includes leadership development, character building, financial literacy, emotional intelligence, academic accountability, and community service. Our advanced leadership tiers are designed for students who demonstrate growth, commitment, and readiness to lead others.

What makes KRM unique is our intentional, tier-based development model that not only supports youth—but transforms them into leaders. We combine mentorship with structure, accountability, family engagement, and real-world skill building. Students participate in weekly sessions, journaling, leadership workshops, service projects, and milestone recognition ceremonies that reinforce their growth.

Our ideal participants are youth who need guidance, structure, leadership development, and positive community—whether they are struggling with confidence, behavior, or simply need direction and support to reach their full potential.

Since launching, KRM has served dozens of students and families, built strong community partnerships, and continues to expand its impact across schools, churches, and community organizations. With high retention, strong family satisfaction, and measurable growth in student confidence and leadership, KRM is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders from the inside out.
