Little Noel Luxury Kids Spa is a Black-owned, woman-owned children’s spa and creative activity center located in Richmond, Texas. Founded by Dr. Picean Ve’nna, Little Noel was created to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience where children can feel confident, celebrated, and special.

We offer kids haircuts, barber services, hairstyles, princess manicures, DIY slime making, canvas painting, bracelet making, birthday parties, field trips, and seasonal camps. Our goal is to create an environment where children can express themselves through creativity, self-care, and play.
