Event Overview:
Black Book Live is an official AfroTech™ Partner Event created to spotlight and empower Black entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators from across the country. This experience brings together hundreds of professionals, business owners, and creatives for an evening of community, culture, and collaboration—featuring live panels, interactive workshops, a curated Black business marketplace, and an exciting pitch competition.

Vendor Opportunities:
We’re curating a Black Business Marketplace with up to 20 exclusive vendor spots available. This is a premier opportunity to showcase your brand to a highly engaged audience of entrepreneurs, investors, innovators, and supporters from across the country during one of AfroTech’s most anticipated partner events.
 

Vendor Package Includes:

  • Space for (1) 6ft table and two chairs (If you require additional table space, please request extra room in advance)

  • Listing in the official event directory

  • Exposure to a diverse, business-focused audience

  • Networking access with attendees, speakers, and panelists

  • Opportunity to sell products and promote services onsite

  • Professional photography and media coverage of the event

 

Vendor Requirements:

  • Vendors must arrive during the designated setup window (details below).

  • Tables must remain open and staffed throughout the duration of the event.

  • All setup materials and displays must fit within the assigned space.

  • Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales transactions.

  • Setup: 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM

  • Event Start: 6:00 PM

  • Breakdown: 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 8:00 PM – 8:45 PM: Panel #2: Innovating for Impact: Tech, AI & The Future of Work | Host: Charles Gordon

  • 8:45 PM – 9:30 PM: Concurrent Workshops – Attendees choose 1 of 4 sessions

  • 9:30 PM – 9:45 PM: Transition / Attendees choose pitch comp or visit Marketplace / Network

  • 9:45 PM – 10:30 PM: Pitch Competition
