Bryce Homes & CG Services Inc began when both Wayne and Mildred Robinson decided to purchase and remodel older homes in Acres homes for rental property in 1999 Under the name WM Investments. As newly weds they wanted to keep with the traditions that they learned from their grandparents. While Wayne was from Acres Homes Houston and Mildred from Port Arthur Texas both met in college at Prairie View A&M University where they received their Bachelors Degrees of Business Administration in Management. Wayne begin working as a Construction Manager for large track and semi-custom home builders in and around Houston for 10 years.
Mildred while Teaching in Education received her License as a Realtor in 2005 and has been a member of Houston Association Realtors ever since. After years of working in the building industry and after many request from friends and family to build and remodel their homes. Wayne and Mildred both decided to launch Bryce Homes & GC Services Inc. named after their first and only child. Bryce Homes & GC Services Inc is a Quality Affordable Residential Home building Company that offers other services such as Remodeling, Room additions and much more through the Houston and surrounding areas since 2010. Bryce Homes & GC Services prides itself in offering the same Quality and Luxury Features regardless of the norms of the communities in which the homes are built.
