We offer: Supportive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment, Parenting, Relapse Prevention, Anger Management, Life Skills.Divine Counseling Service, LLC was established in 2018 by Crystal Jeffrey. She has a passion to assist individuals that suffer from substance abuse, behavioral problems, and dual diagnosis disorders. Crystal saw a desperate need to become a counselor in 2008 since drugs affected her family members, friends, and her neighborhood.
Mrs. Jeffrey was a Texas Scholar graduate from Jones H.S at age 16. She is a graduate of Houston Community College, received Associates in Human Services with a focus in Mental Health, and Chemical Dependency Counseling. She then attended University of Houston Downtown obtaining a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice. Crystal also graduated from Prairie View A&M University completing the Masters program, majoring in Counseling. She has experience with CPS clientele, and is an active CPS provider, and experience with parole, and probation. Crystal continues to be a positive influence within her community, church, and her family.
