Hi, I’m Jenet Dove, and I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist and the owner of Jenet Dove Counseling Services. I’m passionately committed to mental health both personally and professionally. In my practice, I support those who find themselves in a spiral of perfectionism and burnout, and are ready to discover what peace can look like and feel like in their life. I began my own crusade toward finding my peace over 9 years ago and have not looked back since. Therapy has been a huge part of my journey by helping me rewrite my own story of perfectionism and unhealthy views of myself, rebuild my self-worth, and genuinely love the woman staring back at me in the mirror.
I carry this philosophy with every interaction, connection and decision I make. I’ve found that valuing my worth and skills, holding healthy boundaries, and supporting others has brought so much peace and sustainability to my professional and personal life.
