Owners, Kimberly Hopkins' expertise is working with individuals experiencing life stressors, including determining values and finding meaning and purpose in life, work-life balance, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenthood, family stress, and the ending of a relationship. Her goal is to help clients understand and gain control of their life and establish coping techniques to manage everyday stressors. She has worked with individuals struggling with addiction, relationship crisis, victims of domestic violence, trauma, depression and grief and work with children, adolescents and adults to provide skills training on stress management, anger management, bully prevention, and crisis intervention.
