Maine Parris Photography is owned by Jermaine Parris, who Is a self-taught beauty and maternity portrait photographer based in Houston, Texas. Jemaine is a husband to a beautiful wife and a dad to two incredible little boys. Maine Parris' photography journey began in 2011 when Jermaine held a Canon T2i DSLR camera for the first time. Jermaine fell in complete love with the photos the camera captured, and from that moment, was determined to learn and capture photos of people with my very own Canon T2i DSLR.
He spent late nights on YouTube and Lynda.com learning everything he could about photography. He went out and took photos of friends, family and what ever else he could get his camera ens to focus on for practicing his craft. One night while researching different photographers, he came across two photographers; one who specialized in beauty and the other, maternity. Their ability to capture the beauty and strengths of their subjects is what inspired him to develop his own unique style of capturing the beauty, strength, love and joy of his subjects. Fast forward to present day, he has had the pleasure of working with amazing families and moms-to-be's who have placed their trust in Maine Parris to capture their most intimate and joyful moments. Thanks to that trust, Jermaine is able to create memories that last a lifetime.
