The mission of Inner and Outer Glow is to provide high quality and trendy hair, beauty, and wellness services to women that reaches beyond the strands and into the core healing of one’s self. These services include hair styling, makeup, esthetician-based services, as well as individual counseling, groups, and wellness classes such as Yoga, Reiki, and breathwork.

It's a common belief that your hairstylist doubles and your unofficial therapist. So their approach is simple; meet women where they are. Inner and Outer Glow is a new entry point to access mental health services. By introducing clients to professionals that will expose them to a variety of therapeutic interventions, these tools will help improve their inner disposition and wellbeing. About Sirea and K’Breaun

Sirea Gordon has provided hairstyling services for over ten years to women of all ages. She has found haircare professionals critical to their clients’ mental health. Ms. Gordon is also a licensed social worker (LMSW) and has combined both skillsets to improve self-confidence and healing in her clients.

K’Breaun Watkins is a licensed therapist (LCSW) with six years experience in clinical care and behavioral health. She has supported young women with healing and learning to manage troubling thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
