Shayla Atkins is the CEO of the Atkins team, she started this business because of her passion for developing others and my past experiences with leaders and owners that weren't so pleasant. Her main focus is to provide solutions, possibilities and opportunities in difficult situations. She has experienced working with several Fortune 500 companies, and consulting firms serving in operational and leadership roles. She is a certified HR professional, and Organizational Effectiveness strategist, and practitioner. She combined the theory and practical knowledge from a degree in Organizational Development, and Human Resources, with her 15 years of leadership experience. Her diverse expertise helps her guide businesses through understanding and resolving both operational, and corporate challenges of varying complexity.
