The Baker's Man is a small, mom and pop, located in Houston, Texas, which began with the owner, James Ephraim, Jr, working in the kitchen, baking with his mom. We are a tiny local bakery shelling out handcrafted mini bundt cakes. We bake out of a commercial kitchen and bring the freshly made cakes directly to our customers.
You can catch us at the local Urbsn Harvest Farmer's Market every Saturday, at Frank's Pizza Downtown, or at Local Foods in Rice Village. Currently, we offer seven delicious flavors to choose from: Carrot Cake topped with delicious cream cheese icing and crushed toasted pecans Chocolate Fudge Cake made with chocolate chips, topped with chocolate cream cheese icing and chocolate shavings and so much more.
