Urban Culture is apparel with a statement. Created by New Orleans native Symphony Webb, a young woman with a vision and a goal to inspire and uplift others by using expressive, thought-provoking, comedic quotes, messages, and urban terminology. After graduating with her first degree in Mass Communications from Prairie View A&M University; she quickly became frustrated after not being able to find a job in her field. All she had was a notebook full of thoughts and quotes, so she decided to put them on t-shirts. With her unapologetic and outspoken attitude, she thought "what better way to get a point across than to wear it!" Thus, Urban Culture Apparel was founded. The mission for UCA is to make people smile, think outside the box, spark conversations, and to encourage people to be better than they were the day before. Apparel with a statement, wear it!
