By accessing or using the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms, which form a legally binding contract with: (i) Black Book Houston,LLC. Do not access or use the Service if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by the Terms.

By clicking submit, you acknowledge being a Black-Owned Houston based company and agree to be featured on BBH platforms including but not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
& The BBH 2021 Edition Directory.  Black Book Houston, LLC. will perform a detailed background check to verify that all information submitted is accurate and true Business listings can expect to be published between 10-15 business days, if any information is incorrect we will be sure to reach out to you.

Any business not upholding ethical business practices (i.e, fraud, bad customer service, etc.) can be removed at our discretion. Any business who has submitted their business or have paid for a service that we do not feel will be a good representation of our brand will be refunded & services will not be provided at our discretion.

Black Book Houston performs a thorough background check for all businesses submitted, it is at our discretion which businesses will be accepted on our platform. We are currently unable to accept franchises at this time. Any information submitted to us through the Black Book Houston website not be shared or sold to a 3rd party or anyone outside of Black Book Houston.

 

Black Book Houston reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Please only proceed if you agree to the terms described above.
