Subscription-Based Cancellation Policy for The Black Book App:
1. Subscription Cancellation:
Users who have subscribed to The Black Book App may cancel their subscription at any time during the subscription period. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
2. Refunds for Subscription Cancellation:
The Black Book App does not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Users will continue to have access to the app's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle, even after cancelling their subscription.
3. Renewal Cancellation:
To avoid automatic renewal charges, users must cancel their subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Failure to cancel in due time may result in automatic renewal for the following subscription period.
4. Cancellation Process:
Users can cancel their subscription by going to their Account settings within The Black Book App and selecting the "Cancel Subscription" option. Alternatively, users can contact The Black Book App's customer support for assistance with the cancellation process.
5. Communication of Cancellation:
Upon successful cancellation, users will receive a confirmation email or notification indicating the cancellation of their subscription.
6. Subscription Benefits:
Subscribers will continue to enjoy the premium features of The Black Book App until the end of their current billing cycle, even after cancelling their subscription. After the billing cycle ends, users will be downgraded to the free version of the app with limited features.
7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
The Black Book App reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes through email or app notifications.
Please note that this subscription-based cancellation policy is specific to The Black Book App's premium subscription service. For other cancellations related to appointments, reservations, or services, users should refer to the general cancellation policy mentioned previously.
