BLACK BOOK HOUSTON'S THANKSGIVING DRIVE

This year, Black Book Houston & StriveNation pledges to put a turkey on the Thanksgiving table of 1,000 families throughout Houston that may not otherwise enjoy this special meal. In the midst of the pandemic, many families are experiencing great financial and emotional stress. To ensure that families in need can still celebrate Thanksgiving, we are committed to providing Turkeys and canned/non perishable food items to families in need.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect, give thanks, and help those who are less fortunate. Black Book Houston will make a monetary contribution to provide turkeys for this event, and ask the 808 Black Owned Businesses on our platform to make monetary donations, as well as other community leaders, and partners. This is a charitable event and all donations are tax deductible through StriveNation. We will ask that all donors speak to their tax advisor for guidance on their specific tax situation, and ensure that they receive their receipt upon request. All Food Items Donated (canned, boxed or bottled) will be given to the WABC Food Pantry. All Monetary Donations will be accepted in the following ways:
